Ordering
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your credit card information. You can also place your order by telephone by calling 1.866.859.8697 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm PST.

Can I order a Sample of a Specific Product?
Samples are available for a variety of our products. Click the samples link from our products menu to view all products available as samples. Samples of personalizable products will often include sample personalization.
Guarantee/Returns
At everythingfortablefavors.com we pride ourselves in carrying the best in wedding accessories and stand behind our products 110%. We hope you are pleased with your order but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please e-mail us at info@everythingfortablefavors.com within 7 days of receiving your product for a return authorization.
Please return the unused and unworn products in their original packaging pre-paid by you. Please mark "return to Vendor" marked clearly on the box.
Understandably charges for Personalized products, Food items, Actual Shipping and Handling costs and sample packs are non-refundable. Any shipping related duties and taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund.
We wish for you to have the best for your wedding so please let us know if we can help you in any way.
Shipping Details
What about Shipping and Delivery times?
We are a Canadian based company but all products on this website are shipped from Warehouses in the USA using UPS. Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order, in addition to the time required for shipping. Rush orders are available at an additional charge of $20.00. Please call us at 1-866-859-8697 to make special arrangements.
For personalized tags, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Tags are mailed separately from the order itself, using the US Postal Service.
To calculate your shipping costs, products are listed by weight and case quantities in the shopping cart and at check-out shipping is calculated using your zip code, through UPS.com.
Does Everything for Table Favors ship internationally?
We ship to Canada and offer UPS WorldEase as an option to reduce Canadian customers taxes and duties. Please note for all orders starting with the product code number KA: $10.95USD is added to Canadian customers shipping costs as pre-paid duty. This is a set price and no other duty will be charged. Products starting with other pre-fixes than KA will have regular duties applied. At this time, we cannot ship to any other countries.
To ensure delivery of your product for your special day we recommend you order as early as possible. Every package is shipped with due care and attention. Everything for Table Favors will not be liable for shipments that arrive late due to problems with the courier, customs war, terrorist attacks or acts of god
Please note: Each country handles imported goods differently. You will be responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be applicable outside of our outlined costs.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept Visa and MasterCard. All Credit Card information is processed through our secure server. You can also pay with paypal which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you choose this payment method you will be redirected to Paypal at the end of the order process to complete your payment. Paypal is a secure online payment processor that accepts all major credit cards. For more information, visit Paypal.com.
You can also pay by mail with a Money Order or Certified Cheque. Your order will be processed upon payment being received. This may delay your shipment. No COD order will be accepted.

Will taxes be charged on my order?
If your order is shipping to the USA or Internationally no taxes are applicable. If shipping within Canada, 6% gst will be applied to orders within Canada and 7% PST will also be applied to orders within British Columbia.
What currency are prices in?
All prices on everythingfortablefavors.com are in American Dollars.
